Miel’s Community Kitchen is a youth culinary program operated at St. Luke’s Community Center in conjunction with Youth Engouragement Services (Y.E.S.). High school aged youth in the Y.E.S. program learn food safety, culinary skills, food product management and job skills once a week from Miel’s Chef, Ashley Quick, and Proprietor, Seema Prasad.
