A class about how to use spices. The many spices that make the multilayered, dimensional curry dishes we love have a few simple and steadfast rules that once learned can offer years of fabulous meals.
This class is demonstration in nature with a lunch of our work served at 1 PM.

Simple knife care and use, cooking methods, sauce and technique.
This is mostly a demonstration class.
Dinner incorporating the course work is served at the latter part of the course.
Monday, February 6th
Learn how to care for and use your knife. Participants will learn basic butchery skills and will breakdown a chicken and a whole fish.
This is a hands on course- bring your knife!
Dinner will be served during the latter part of the course.
